Asking Questions
You should always prepare a number of questions in case you are given an opportunity to ask them at the end of the interview. Such questions should reflect your interest in the company and the person you are meeting. Good topics might include the organisation’s or team’s future plans, or a discussion about recent successes.
If you chose your questions wisely it will give the chance for the interviewer to talk about themselves and their company (something most people enjoy) and will create the impression that you have genuine interest. Questions should leave the interviewer with the sense that you have thought about the position and have given them a chance to ‘sell’ the role to you.
