This is the final section on the first page and demonstrates that the skills possessed by the candidate are those required to ‘get the job done’.  In this case John Smith has highlighted his project skills, his expertise in finance and his sector knowledge. He has indicated he is hands on by offering the example of preparing user requirements.

It would be easy to swap bullet points around, or add or remove points to adapt the CV and change its emphasis.  CVs should always reflect the requirements of the role and therefore points should be prioritised, included or omitted to benefit the reader.
