Disaster Recovery:  A number of clients use our service as part of a fully comprehensive disaster recovery policy.  Our access to resources means that we can provide instant cover for critical positions as often as required.  Some clients have used this service when a member of their team has resigned and they know that the post will take some time to fill.  The resource provided by TAPex has allowed the client to carry out a diligent selection process, rather than recruit in haste.
