  • Treat our clients and interim managers with respect
  • Observe strict confidentiality
  • Meet and brief candidates for every assignment we handlle
  • Screen candidates thoroughly to reflect the requirements of the assignment
  • Ask for candidates’ permission before submitting their CVs
  • Never re-assign our interim managers prior to the assignment’s agreed end date
  • Keep in contact with interim managers during assignments
  • Be open about pay rates and charge rates with both clients and interim managers
  • Be open and honest in all our business dealings
  • Never take on work where we’re unable to deliver a quality solution
